Customized items cannot be returned, unless of an error on our part to provide the correct products.

We will replace any customized item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customized items.

If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are keeping the goods and will not authorize a return.
